Founder and President, Mary Broday Thompson, realized this great need for small, medium as well as large organizations. Her 25+ years of experience in senior HR positions as well as education and certifications provides Mary the leadership expertise to guide other HR professionals and to successfully bring a complete HR department to your company.

MBT also provides services to law firms. For labor law attorneys, we deliver independent investigations for multiple purposes, including Employment Agreements and legal complaints such as EEOC. And we partner with legal in company start-ups as well as mergers and acquisitions.
